古くからの友人 jeff Berglundさん（現職：京都外国語大学教授）から知らせが届きました。
NHK World Program Japan ”Destination Kansai.”4回シリーズの番組でジェフさんが英語で司会をされているようです。インターネットでは見ることができますが、日本国内のテレビでは視聴できません。
メールが届いた時には既に1回目が終わってしまっていたので私もまだ内容を把握していません。

NHK 海外へ向けてのプログラムのようです。関西に対する、海外の認知が高まり、個人的には関西地域の活性化に繋がるといいと思っています。
I am hosting a 4-part series on NHK World called “Destination Kansai.” Kansai is the western part of Japan.
The shows are all streamlined online and the quality is really high.
After all, NHK (the national TV broadcaster in Japan) is trying to compete with CNN and BBC.
